01When do reservations open?
Dining Room and Chef’s Counter reservations become available on a rolling 2 week basis through Resy.
02What is the difference between the Dining Room and Chef’s Counter?
Both seats offer the same dinner menu. The Chef’s Counter sits directly in front of the open kitchen for a closer view of service and can feel warmer near the charcoal oven.
03Do you keep space for walk-ins?
Yes. The bar and front patio are first come, first served. Come by for a drink, dinner, or whatever the night becomes.
04Can I request a particular table?
Add your request to the Resy booking notes. We will always do our best, but specific tables cannot be guaranteed.
05What if I am running late or need to change my reservation?
The easiest way is through Resy. You can modify your reservation directly, or reply to your Resy confirmation text and it'll reach us. You can also text or call us at (202) 839-0624, though text is best: on busy nights we can't always get to the phone, but we'll always see your message. We'll hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. After that, it goes to the first walk-in - we'll happily add you to the waitlist, but we can't guarantee a seat.
06What should I expect on music nights?
Matheus Fonseca plays live Bossa Nova on guitar every Wednesday. Friday and Saturday DJ sets begin at 10:30 PM. After 10:30 PM on those nights, entry is $20 per guest; the full $20 is returned as a credit toward one drink of your choice from the menu. Each DJ brings a different vinyl collection, usually including Brazilian records alongside a broader mix of genres, so review the current lineup on the Music page before coming.
07Is there a dress code?
No. Come as you are.
08Can the kitchen accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Add dietary information to your reservation and tell your server when you arrive. The team will explain what can be accommodated for that menu and service.
