Radovan Jankovic
Radovan shapes the drinks, visual language, music, and small atmospheric decisions guests feel before they name them.

Born in Bosnia, Radovan built his hospitality career in Washington through Bourbon Steak, Rye Bar, and Barmini. At CANA, he helps translate a love letter to Brazil into the choices that make the concept feel alive.

Marko leads the operations and culture that let CANA stay warm, quick, and human as the room changes pace.
